How much weight do you think the FTC gives to the fact that this deal involves a lot of money moving among the members of the Dell family?  I admit that I'm pleasantly surprised to see the details of how each family member will benefit spelled out in this (and other) articles on the 'net.

When I read the first headline about this deal, I thought MessageOne might be an obscure cellular carrier but as I scanned the first paragraph, I realized I had heard of the company before.  In fact, during '07 when I was seriously searching for a job, some openings at MessageOne showed up in my searches.  I never applied with them since all the positions involved being on call and didn't pay as much as I wanted.
